Obsession with Cropped Trousers, Part II

Remember last week’s post about cropped trousers? This time around, I rocked a different pair. These don’t have pleats or a built-in belt and have a slimmer cut than the Ann Taylors. They are all so fun to wear!

The cuff on the bottom and the crease down the middle of each pant-leg give these trousers a tailored look. I like wearing a minimalist top and sweater with them for a Calvin Klein-esque elegantly simple ensemble.

Another favorite feature: the pockets! They come in handy all the time, and it’s comfortable to walk around with one hand or both in them, especially when the freezing  air conditioning starts getting to me. Come to think of it, the only thing I don’t like about these pants is their lack of belt loops. I think they’d look so chic with a tucked-in silk blouse and a black skinny belt.

Gotta go shopping for more!!

  2. I’m loving cropped pants as well, very audrey-esque, especially when you are slightly too tall for a normal inseam anyways! (me :)!
